day 4


Today was good.
I woke up this morning and weighed in, I've lost a kilo, which isn't surprising considering the amount of toilet trips I made yesterday.
But after another day solid of headaches, I decided that enough is enough, and i've changed things slightly. Im still sticking to a mostly non carb diet for the 2 weeks, just not totally.
With the 2 days of detox and then 2 days of strictly no carbs, became rather taxing on my body.
After talking to my mother in law, who has been dieting herself, we both decided that it will be best if I eat sensibly rather then extreame.
As it was there was no calcium or fibre, and considering that i'm still breastfeeding, I really can't continue eating according to the  plan.
I will still be following the exercise regime.
I just hope that it all still has the same effect.
On the bright side, I dont have a headache any more, and it's not excruciatingly painful to have my eyes open! HURRAY.

it's good that you're taking note of what you're doing and how it's affecting you .. i think you're doing the same diet my sis in law did and it is hard on the body at first.. you're doing well though :D and yay for losing a kilo!

Thanks sweet cheeks. If it was just me to worry about then it'd be easier i guess. But what I eat and in this case don't is going through my milk to Jack. He needs full cream homogonized pasturised milk in cute cups :P So his well being comes before mine in this case.
Less crap more exercise and I should be right!
