Yep im still around, just that life thing got in the road again and forgetfullness/laziness didnt help either.
But im back and hoping to not dissapear any time soon.
Starting tomorrow im going on a 12 week fitness and nutrition program. its going to be tough, but hopefully it will be worth it.
I shall post photos every few weeks all going to plan so everyone can see how im going and it will help me make sure i keep it up, cant let the crowd down you know!!
So im going to go now. and have my last taste of chocolate for 3 months and a nice milky sweet cup of coffee... how i shall miss my caffine!
